Pastry, Bakery and Foodservice Providers, Win Sin is proud to be the first trader and factory with ISO, HACCP, and AVA Grade A rating since 1993. Our insulated warehouse contains more than 1000 pallets of products, from minus 18 Celsius to 18 Celsius, and our custom-designed chiller trucks with movable partition for frozen products ensure that our clients will get products with an unbroken cooling chain.

With it’s homogenous texture and liquid consistency, Isigny Saint-Mere UHT cream can be used in many recipes. In cooking it reduces well, and also resists curdling when subjected to acid or alcohol. For patisserie, its excellent expansion ratios and subtle flavors are ideal for making a good Crème Chantilly.
