BUTTER
Oldenburger butter is made from fresh cream, which is mildly soured by lactic acid cultures. The souring of the cream provides a pure butter taste – delicious! Oldenburger butter is available in various sizes (25 kg and convenient 10 gm portions) and are available slightly salted and unsalted.

WHIPPING CREAM
Unwhipped, the cream refines many dishes and gives them a pleasant creamy character. Whipped, it is perfect as decoration for ice-cream, cakes and desserts. Whip and add it to cakes and desserts or fold it into dessert creams!
