Prenzel’s Food Service business sells its award winning spirits and liqueurs in a concentrated format for culinary use. Prenzel’s culinary concentrates are used by many top pastry chefs, bakers, chefs, and gourmet food manufacturers and have been a key ingredient in many award winning cakes, dishes and food products. For many, Prenzel Culinary Concentrates are a real discovery because they are world-class and yet only about ¼ of the price of off-the-shelf liquor. Even better they are the “real thing” not a flavour and nothing artificial has been added to them, that is if you use Prenzel Brandy Concentrate in a cake, you can legitimately say it includes brandy, not brandy flavour. This is a key selling point for many Prenzel customers. Other advantages include plastic packaging so there is no glass in the kitchen and nutritional information and tips on how to use are provided for every product. There are over 30 concentrates to choose from, brandy, whiskey, rum, sherry, Kirsch, and port being the most popular.
Any food preparation business - from the smallest local bakery to the largest global food manufacturer – who consistently uses alcohol in their recipes can easily replicate and usually improve the end result by using Prenzel concentrates and certainly save money in the process.
Prenzel Food Service encompasses the concentrated products designed for commercial application as well as our retail range available to selected outlets.
